What is the Healthy Smiles Membership Plan?
Our Healthy Smiles Membership Plan gives individuals and families access to comprehensive dental care for an affordable annual price. Individual patients can receive coverage for just $599, children for $399, and periodontal patients for just $899 a year. There is also a $50 discount if a member wants to purchase a plan for an additional family member. This cost entitles patients to receive the preventive and restorative dentistry services they need without having to deal with claim forms, deductibles, preauthorizations, or waiting periods.
